There is no HTML to know, no configuring of software and no FTP'ing (if you know what that is).

So, with all that said and done, there is a document to paruse over that outlines every detail of your website - it explains everything. It is found inside the admin portion of your website under "Documentation". In general, every portion of the website is pretty self-explanetary and there is no real danger of doing anything "bad". Heck, if you change a setting and don't like it, just change it back. All changes you make to your website are done in real-time. That means when you make a change, upload a new image or change some text, it happens right then.
